Each seller in a cross-seller purchase packs and ships their items independently.
Delivery charges
Checkout shows a separate delivery quote for each seller origin. The buyer pays the combined delivery charges and applicable delivery taxes before payment.
Dispatch
Verified sellers should hand over a packed order within 48 hours. Tracking becomes available separately for each seller shipment.
Exceptions and RTO
Pickup failures, delivery exceptions and return-to-origin events appear in the order timeline and are reviewed by operations.
