Pre-owned one-off items are not generally returnable for preference or fit, but materially inaccurate listings are protected.
Before buying
Review the stated condition, measurements, flaw notes and photographs. Ask support before checkout if important information is missing.
After delivery
Inspect the item promptly. Claims must identify the specific item and include evidence within the published claim window.
Refund allocation
Approved partial refunds affect only the claimed item and its attributable taxes or fees. They do not reverse another seller’s order.
