Seller agreement.
This agreement sets the operating standards for independent curators selling through YuneekwaY.
Accurate listings
Sellers must own or be authorised to sell every item and must accurately state condition, material flaws, measurements, brand and price. Photos must show the actual one-off item.
Orders and fulfilment
Accepted prepaid orders must be packed safely and made ready for pickup within the published dispatch window. Sellers must not ask buyers to complete marketplace transactions off-platform.
Claims and settlement
The attributable seller transfer remains on hold through delivery and the claim window. Approved misdescription, authenticity, damage or wrong-item claims may result in a full or partial reversal and refund.
Compliance
Sellers remain responsible for product legality, authenticity, tax registrations and invoices that apply to their business. YuneekwaY may suspend listings or accounts to protect buyers or comply with law.
